Yemeni Public Declares Support for Iran, Praises Masses at Leader’s Funeral

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, data published by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Masirah, indicates that thousands of Yemenis participated in a rally in Al-Sabeen Square in Sana’a and other provinces under the banner of “Support for the Statement of the Yemeni Armed Forces.” The demonstrators declared their full backing for the statement, deeming it a legitimate right and a response to the suffering of the Yemeni people.
The concluding statement of the popular Yemeni march emphasized the rejection of the Saudi-American coalition’s blockade of Yemeni airports and ports, asserting that any aggression or violation of the country’s airspace would be met with a decisive response. The Yemeni populace also declared full solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran, condemning the actions of the United States for its failure to adhere to any pacts or agreements.
Furthermore, the statement expressed appreciation for the unity and massive participation of the Iranian people in the funeral ceremony for Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. The participants reaffirmed their commitment to the “unity of fronts” equation and full coordination with the Axis of Resistance, which includes Palestine, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, and Yemen. They signaled their readiness to confront any escalation and reiterated the Yemeni people’s dedication to the path of freedom and support for the aspirations of the Islamic nation, with a particular emphasis on the Palestinian cause.
The final declaration of the rally also called upon the people of Yemen, both in the north and the south, to unite against the occupiers, liberate all Yemeni territories, reclaim national resources, and achieve freedom and independence.
