Majority of Americans Oppose U.S. Aggression Against Iran, Poll Reveals

A recent poll conducted by YouGov for The Economist indicates that a significant majority of Americans do not support U.S. military actions against Iran, with most deeming such aggression a mistake.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, data published by Mehr News Agency, citing Novosti, reveals that only 27 percent of Americans approve of U.S. aggression against Iran. The survey, commissioned by The Economist and conducted by YouGov, found that 57 percent of American participants stated that their country’s warmongering against Iran was a mistake.
The findings also show that a considerable portion of those opposing U.S. actions against Iran were supporters of the Democratic Party. The poll surveyed over 1,600 U.S. citizens.
