Widespread Power Outages Hit Erbil, Iraq Amid US Drone Activity
Widespread power outages have been reported across Erbil, Iraq, impacting numerous villages and districts. The disruptions coincide with ongoing flights of American fighter jets over the city.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, electricity has been completely cut off in most villages and areas of Erbil, based on data published by Mehr News Agency, citing the Iraqi news website Al-Maalomah.
Concurrently, news sources report continuous flights of American fighter jets over Erbil’s airspace.
Al-Maalomah had previously announced that an Iranian drone targeted a U.S. missile launch platform in Erbil.
