Palestinian Flag Waves During Spanish World Cup Victory Celebrations

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, thousands of supporters of the Spanish national football team celebrated their country’s World Cup victory in Barcelona, with the Palestinian flag seen waving among the front ranks of the gathering.

Following their national team’s triumph in the World Cup, the people of Spain raised the Palestinian flag and chanted slogans of “Free Palestine.” The Spanish government and its people have publicly declared their support for the Palestinian people in recent months, in opposition to the aggressions and genocide perpetrated by the Zionist regime, particularly in Gaza and the West Bank.

Hamas congratulates Spain and Palestine Supporters: On another note, Bassam Naim, a member of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, extended congratulations to Spain for their well-deserved World Cup championship. He stated, “We congratulate Spain on this victory, as well as Palestine and its supporters who rejoiced in this championship. If this victory had no other achievement than to displease the Zionists and their followers, that would have been enough.”
