Russia and North Korea Blame US for Global Instability

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Monday that its Foreign Minister met with his North Korean counterpart in Moscow. The ministry issued a statement following the meeting between Sergey Lavrov and North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui, emphasizing their shared strong condemnation of the United States’ conduct as a driver of global instability.

The statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry indicated that both sides expressed a mutual understanding that the irresponsible behavior of the United States and its allies is the main reason for the deteriorating situation in Northeast Asia and worldwide. This is attributed to their increased provocative military activities around the Korean Peninsula.

During their discussions in Moscow, Lavrov and Choe Son-hui reaffirmed the continuation of strategic relations between Russia and North Korea, the strengthening of bilateral cooperation, and the coordination of their countries’ positions on regional and international issues.
