Ed Miliband Appointed UK Foreign Secretary Under New Prime Minister Andy Burnham

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Ed Miliband has been appointed as the new Foreign Secretary in the cabinet of Andy Burnham. This appointment comes after Andy Burnham was officially installed as the new Prime Minister of the United Kingdom by royal decree.
Miliband, who previously held the position of Minister for Energy in the cabinet of Keir Starmer, was also considered a potential candidate for the role of Chancellor of the Exchequer in the government led by Andy Burnham. Miliband brings over two decades of parliamentary experience, having represented the Doncaster North constituency since 2005.
Following the announcement of Keir Starmer’s resignation last month, Miliband had stated that the Labour Party “must now redouble its efforts to achieve bold and credible change.”
