Russian and US Foreign Ministers Meet in Manila Amidst ASEAN Summit

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio met in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit. Prior to their meeting, American journalists reportedly attempted to engage Lavrov and Rubio by shouting questions concerning Iran, Ukraine, and the resumption of negotiations. In response to the journalists, Lavrov encouraged them to speak louder. However, Rubio reportedly ignored the questions and did not provide any responses.
