Palestinian Youth Killed in Jerusalem; West Bank Raids Continue

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a young Palestinian man at the Shuafat checkpoint in occupied Jerusalem, claiming he failed to comply with orders, as reported by the Sama News Agency via the Mehr News Agency.

The Palestinian youth succumbed to his injuries from the gunshot and died due to severe blood loss.

Palestinian sources further reported that Israeli occupation forces launched incursions into the village of Salem, east of Nablus, and into the city of Salfit in the West Bank.

During the raid on Salem village, Israeli soldiers searched citizens’ homes and subjected residents to harassment. The forces also detained a Palestinian former political prisoner just hours before his wedding ceremony in the same village.
