Yemeni Forces Target Three Saudi Oil Tankers in 48 Hours
A Yemeni source has reported that the country’s armed forces have targeted three Saudi oil tankers within the past 48 hours. Since Monday, a total of 16 Saudi vessels have been compelled to turn back after being denied passage.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a Yemeni source informed Al Mayadeen television that the nation’s armed forces have targeted three Saudi oil tankers in the past 48 hours. The source also stated that since last Monday, a total of 16 Saudi ships have been forced to return after being prevented from passing.
According to this source, since Saudi Arabia imposed a naval blockade on Yemen, no Saudi oil tanker, whether en route or returning, has successfully passed through the Bab al-Mandab Strait. The source concluded by emphasizing that the decision to prohibit the passage of Saudi vessels remains in effect, and the Yemeni armed forces will not permit any Saudi ship to pass.
