US and Israel Reportedly Discussing Extensive Attacks on Iranian Energy Infrastructure
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, CBS News, citing several American sources, has reported that Washington and the Zionist regime are considering and coordinating a broad attack against Iran‘s energy infrastructure. Such a potential strike, if authorized, could represent one of the most severe operations against Iranian energy facilities and might be executed over a weekend.
The sources further suggested that the operation’s timeline is being designed to conclude before the reopening of financial markets on Monday, thereby reducing its repercussions on the American economy and global markets. However, the exact timing for the commencement and conclusion of the attack remains undisclosed.
CBS News added that officials of the Zionist regime have been briefed on the attack plan and have engaged in coordination with the United States. Nevertheless, Donald Trump has not yet given the final order to proceed with the operation. A spokesperson for the Zionist regime’s government has declined to comment on the report.
The report indicated that the potential attack plan against Iran was discussed during a recent meeting of Trump’s cabinet at Camp David. Some White House advisors involved in political affairs have reportedly expressed opposition to its execution.
