Trump Claims ‘Very Good’ Negotiations with Iran Amidst Escalating Rhetoric

U.S. President Donald Trump has asserted that the United States is engaged in ‘very good’ negotiations with Iran, while also issuing a stern warning regarding the Strait of Hormuz.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. President Donald Trump has reiterated his claim that the United States is conducting “very good” negotiations with Iran, as reported by Mehr News Agency, quoting RT.

Trump further alleged that the Strait of Hormuz would soon be reopened, warning that Iran would face a “powerful attack” if it were not.

The U.S. president, who has a history of issuing threats against Iran followed by a retraction, claimed that the U.S. was on the verge of launching the largest attack against Iran since World War II before the country requested negotiations. He stated that the world would change if Iran were to acquire nuclear weapons, and warned that circumstances for Iran would become “very bad” if a deal is not reached.

Trump also asserted that Iran did not want to acknowledge the ongoing negotiations but was seeking an agreement.
