Saudi Aramco CEO Reports Production Disruptions Following Attacks

Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser stated that global oil production has been significantly impacted, with reserves requiring approximately 18 months to restore following recent attacks on the Kingdom’s oil facilities.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser announced that the world has lost more than 2.6 billion barrels of oil. He added that restoring oil reserves to their previous levels would require an estimated 18 months, at a rate of 2.1 million barrels per day. Nasser also indicated that despite measures taken to reroute oil supply chains, the depletion of oil reserves continues. The chief executive of Saudi Aramco concluded by stating that the attacks targeting the Kingdom’s oil facilities have caused disruptions in oil production.
