UAE Ship Targeted in Strait of Hormuz

An Emirati-flagged vessel was reportedly struck by a missile on Tuesday while transiting the Strait of Hormuz, according to UAE sources cited by Al Jazeera.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, UAE sources have reported that an Emirati ship was targeted while passing through the Strait of Hormuz. The vessel belongs to the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).
This incident follows a statement by ADNOC, which revealed that since the beginning of the ‘Ramadan War,’ 15 of the company’s ships have been targeted by missiles and drones during their passage through the Strait of Hormuz. The company confirmed that three ships associated with ADNOC were targeted in the past week.
Despite the established routes and security arrangements within the Strait of Hormuz, vessels involved in alleged violations continue to be targeted.
