Ex-US Intel Officer: West Cannot Aid Ukraine to Victory Against Russia

A former US intelligence officer has stated that neither the United States nor Europe can provide sufficient assistance for Ukraine to achieve victory against Russia, citing a lack of military capacity and trustworthiness.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Scott Ritter, a military analyst and former US Marine Corps intelligence officer, has asserted that neither the United States nor Europe can help Ukraine win against Russia. Ritter emphasized that no military power or combat structure exists that can alter the situation in Ukraine. He indicated that the U.S. has practically acknowledged its inability to do anything for Ukraine’s victory, as they are not granting permits for the production of Patriot missiles or access to sensitive technologies due to a lack of trust in Ukraine. Ritter also stated that European countries are unwilling to remove Patriot missiles from their stockpiles and send them to Ukraine, suggesting they have also abandoned the country. He further predicted that both the U.S. and Europe understand that as time progresses, Ukraine will find itself in increasingly unstable conditions, with a cold winter approaching without electricity, fuel, gas, food, or essential supplies.
