China Responds to Trump’s Claims of Intensified Iran Sanctions

China has reacted to recent U.S. actions against Iran, with a Foreign Ministry spokesperson stating that escalating sanctions and pressure will not resolve the issue. This statement comes after U.S. President Donald Trump announced what he described as the most severe economic sanctions ever imposed on Iran.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, China has responded to the latest hostile action by the United States against Iran and President Donald Trump’s declaration of intensifying Washington’s economic war against Tehran. The spokesperson for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in response to the U.S. decision to tighten sanctions on Iran that escalating sanctions and pressure will not help resolve the issue.

U.S. President Donald Trump claimed earlier today in his latest remarks against Iran that he has announced the most devastating economic operation against Iran, an action that has not been taken against any country to date. Trump, whose plans to force Iran’s surrender have so far been unsuccessful, asserted, “This will be an unprecedented economic war and isolation against Iran.” Trump sought to justify his failures in military operations and the cruel naval blockade against Iran by claiming these historic measures will paralyze Iran’s progress and eliminate its ability to spread terrorism worldwide.
