Lebanon Reports Nearly 9,000 Fatalities Amid Ongoing Israeli Aggression

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Lebanese Ministry of Health has reported a significant increase in casualties resulting from Israeli aggression. As of the latest figures, the number of martyrs has reached 8,915 since the escalation of conflict began on October 8, 2023. During this period, at least 30,543 people have sustained injuries.

Further highlighting the intensity of recent hostilities, the Ministry of Health stated that the number of martyrs specifically from the occupying regime’s attacks since March 2, 2026, following a breach of the ceasefire, stands at 4,348. In this more recent period, 12,307 individuals have been injured.

These statistics emerge as Israel continues its aggressive and occupying actions in southern Lebanon, disregarding international warnings and clear violations of international law.
