According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Attorney General of the United Arab Emirates announced on Friday that the co-pilot of the Omani national of Flydubai airline had intended to hijack the Dubai to Tel Aviv flight in a suicide attack and strike one of the terminals at Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport. The UAE’s official news agency published the Attorney General’s statements, which indicated that this incident was planned for September 30. He claimed the plot was inspired by the September 11, 2001 attacks, but the flight’s captain prevented the co-pilot from executing the plan.
