Also, the agreement includes strengthening the United Nations Interim Force (UNIFIL) by replacing some of the current battalions with French troops. , English and German.
According to this newspaper, the agreement includes the creation of an international enforcement and monitoring mechanism where the parties can report violations, and Russia has also expressed its willingness to help implement the agreement.
The newspaper mentioned that Amos Hochstein The US President’s envoy to Lebanon will try to reach the final understanding between the Zionist regime and Lebanon to stop the war.
According to this report, it is expected that Hochstein will go to the occupied territories before the American elections which will be held on November 5th. and travel to Lebanon.
