According to a report by the English ​section of webangah News Agency, ‍citing Mehr‍ News Agency adn TASS,​ Dmitry‍ Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, believes that Ukrainian officials ​are not⁣ prepared to hold negotiations with Russia to resolve‍ the war.

Peskov stated: “Ukrainian ‍officials are not ready for immediate negotiations. Russian President Vladimir Putin supports ceasefire talks but​ has questions.”
