Moscow highly values its⁣ amiable relations with Iran-a country that shares ⁤our perspectives on most global and ​regional issues. Our ties are⁤ built on longstanding traditions of friendship, good neighborliness, mutual understanding, and trust.We are committed to establishing⁢ a⁤ democratic and just world order based on international law principles: multilateralism,equal security,and‍ sovereignty while pursuing an autonomous foreign policy.

The high level of foreign policy coordination achieved is natural. We actively collaborate in multilateral platforms like⁤ the Shanghai Cooperation Association (SCO), BRICS), and the‍ Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)), supporting Iran’s accession to these groups. Notably no other non-CIS partner holds comparable standing across all three organizations.
