Iran Supports Any Action to Stop the Genocide in Gaza

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency, Fatemeh Mohajerani, ‍the government spokesperson, ‌stated in an interview with Al Mayadeen news network that the Islamic⁢ Republic of Iran has always stood⁤ by the Palestinian people.

She added that Tehran supports any step⁤ or ⁣initiative⁤ that ‌can lead to an immediate halt to the genocide‌ in ‍Gaza.

Mohajerani stressed that Tehran backs every measure⁢ leading to the withdrawal of occupying forces, delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza, and release of palestinian prisoners.

The spokesperson underlined ‌that Iran’s support ⁤for the Palestinian people is not ​merely a political stance but is rooted in a belief in their right ​to self-determination.

She noted that Palestinian resistance is legitimate ⁣and forms an inseparable part of restoring Palestinians’ rights.

Mohajerani ⁢emphasized that halting crimes in⁤ Gaza is not the ​end. governments ⁤and international bodies have ⁢an obligation ⁢to prosecute⁤ those responsible for these crimes.
