Hamas Rejects Foreign Rule in Gaza; Says U.S. Is Used to Deception

However, he warned implementation would be difficult because problems arise in phase two concerning disarmament of resistance forces and governance in Gaza. Sheikh Mohammed al-Mu’ayyad joined via video conference stating: “the Zionist regime exploits American support not to offer anything genuine to Palestinians but continues violating all Security Council resolutions and also international mandates.
