«Nashon» Torturers Assault Al-Barghouthi, Break Four of His Ribs
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, some sources informed al Arabiya TV that Marwan barghouti, a prominent Palestinian detainee, was subjected to severe beatings by Israeli forces.
The sources stated that Barghouti was brutally assaulted during his transfer from Ramon Prison to Megiddo Prison in mid-September.
They added that eight members of the Israeli unit known as Nahshon carried out the assault on Marwan Barghouti.
As a result of this brutal beating, Barghouti lost consciousness and suffered four broken ribs, according to these reports.
Meanwhile, Abdullah al-Zaghari, head of the palestinian Prisoners’ Club, confirmed that Barghouti has been repeatedly attacked since the beginning of the war on Gaza.
This incident has raised renewed concerns about the inhumane conditions and security risks faced by Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails, especially high-profile detainees.
