Organizers reported that at least seven million people participated in yesterday’s large-scale protests against Trump across America. The demonstrations carried the slogan “No to the King” and took place in Washington D.C., protesting what demonstrators described as Trump’s autocratic tendencies.
The previous “No to the King” protests were held on June 14, coinciding with Trump’s birthday and a military parade day in Washington. About 2,100 protest events occurred nationwide on that date, drawing approximately five million Americans into the streets.
