On Thursday, the Security Council approved the resolution proposed by the United States and Japan regarding the attacks of the Yemeni armed forces on the Keshites associated with the Zionist regime, with Russia and China abstaining.

According to the report of the website of Russia Elium network, in this resolution, the attacks of the Yemeni army on ships related to the Zionist regime were condemned and the necessity of protecting the security of maritime navigation in the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab strait was emphasized. .

The Security Council members also asked Yemen to release the ship “Galaxy Leader” and its crew, which it seized on November 19.

Following the approval of this resolution, the United States and England launched attacks on Yemeni positions on Friday morning.
