Ring of Fire in Khan Yunis: Intense Ground and Air Strikes on Gaza
Palestinian sources report intense Israeli air and ground attacks on the Gaza Strip despite claims of a ceasefire in the area.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-Masirah via Mehr News Agency, Palestinian sources reported that Israeli fighter jets bombed areas inside the Yellow Line east of Khan younis at least 10 times.
In addition, israeli forces carried out artillery strikes on southern Khan Younis over recent hours.
Palestinian sources added that the Israeli military demolished homes in the southeast of Khan Younis and subjected Rafah city to heavy artillery fire.
It was also reported that Israeli warplanes created a ring of fire east of Khan Younis.
Yesterday, Gaza’s official media office announced that since the ceasefire agreement came into effect, the Israeli army has violated it 497 times.
