Gaza Residents Face Dire Conditions as Winter Approaches
Mahmoud Basal,spokesperson for the Gaza Urban Defense Authority,emphasized that Israel has destroyed dozens of residential buildings in the eastern part of gaza city,east of the so-called “yellow line,” following an alleged ceasefire,according to webangah News Agency.
He added that expanding the area designated as “yellow zone” has displaced hundreds of Palestinian families once again. These families have been forced into areas that are uninhabitable under any circumstances.
Basal stated that many Palestinian residents now live in parts of Gaza City that are effectively unachievable to live in.
He further warned that with winter approaching, life for residents in the Gaza Strip is once again at serious risk. The relief efforts across this narrow territory are progressing slowly.
