According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Mayadeen, syrian sources have reported fresh Israeli activity in southern Syria.
These sources stated that Israeli occupation forces entered the village of Ruwayheneh in the Quneitra countryside.
The patrol consisted of two tanks and military vehicles carrying Israeli soldiers.
On November 15,Israeli forces had also detained four Syrians in Khan Arnabah, located in northern Quneitra countryside.
This comes amid considerable reactions following a visit by Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, accompanied by the Defense Minister and other officials, to southern Syria.
It is noteworthy that since the fall of the former Syrian regime, Israel has launched numerous attacks on Syria. Recently, it bombed areas around Damascus under the pretext of supporting druze communities.
As Bashar al-Assad’s regime collapsed, israel’s army has crossed the ceasefire line between its occupied Golan Heights and Syria to continue occupying territories near Golan within Daraa and Quneitra provinces.
