Iraq High Election Commission Spokesperson: 207 Election Complaints Rejected

The spokesperson for Iraq’s Independant High Electoral Commission announced that the judicial panel has so far dismissed 207 complaints related to the election results.
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Iraqi WAA news agency via Mehr News Agency, Iraq’s Independent High Electoral Commission announced on Sunday that the judicial panel reviewing complaints has rejected 207 objections filed against the recent election results.
Jumana Al-Ghulai, spokesperson for the Independent High Electoral Commission, stated that the judicial panel has dismissed 207 election-related complaints to date.
The commission had previously reported a total of 872 registered objections against the election outcomes.
It also confirmed that all election-related complaints have been forwarded to the electoral judiciary headquarters for review.
