Protesters Rally Outside White House Against Netanyahu’s Visit to Washington
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Al Jazeera network reported that a contingent of American protesters demonstrated outside the White House upon the arrival of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, specifically condemning his entry into the executive residence. The protesters labeled the Israeli leader a war criminal during their organized demonstration.
The visit of the Netanyahu delegation was intended for a meeting with United States President Donald Trump. To circumvent the demonstration opposing his presence, Netanyahu’s security detail utilized a side entrance leading to the West Wing section of the White House complex, rather than the main entrance.
The decision by Netanyahu’s delegation to avoid the primary entrance of the White House occurred concurrently with the public outpouring of opposition scheduled against the high-profile visit.
