Russian Ambassador Confirms Cuba Prepared for Any US Military Scenario

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Viktor Koronelli, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Havana, has stated that Cuba is prepared to confront any potential military threats, noting that local authorities do not consider a military aggression from the United States unlikely.
The Russian Ambassador highlighted that Cuba is currently conducting regular military exercises. He further mentioned that the Cuban populace has expressed readiness to volunteer their services should the need arise.
Koronelli emphasized the Cuban people’s extensive expertise in managing and resisting external aggressions. This recent statement follows earlier remarks from Moscow regarding foreign interference in Cuban affairs.
Earlier, Maria Zakharova, Spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, disclosed during a press briefing that foreign entities are actively attempting to exacerbate the energy crisis in Cuba with the explicit aim of inciting public discontent against the government.
