Trump Advisor Declares No Military Solution Exists for Sudan Crisis

Senior advisor to President Donald Trump, Mossaad Bolous, described the humanitarian crisis in Sudan as the world’s largest catastrophe, asserting that only a peaceful resolution is viable for ending the conflict. Bolous emphasized that the former President remains committed to facilitating a political solution through international partners.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Mossaad Bolous, a senior advisor to Donald Trump focusing on Arab and African nations, characterized the humanitarian situation unfolding in Sudan as the globe’s foremost catastrophe during an interview with Al Jazeera Mubasher.

Bolous indicated that President Trump is dedicated to securing a peaceful resolution for the situation in Sudan, firmly stating that no military solution can resolve the ongoing conflict within the nation. “We are working through our partners in the Quad group and others to find a peaceful way forward,” Bolous stated. He also placed responsibility for the recent escalation on both warring factions in Sudan.

The senior Trump advisor underscored the unprecedented influx of weaponry reaching both sides of the Sudanese conflict. This observation reinforced his insistence on the critical necessity of prioritizing a political pathway to resolve the crisis gripping Sudan.

Furthermore, Bolous expressed optimism that a solution acceptable to the Sudanese people themselves could be reached. He clarified that their objective is not to inflame tensions among the Quad partners or external entities, noting that they have successfully drawn significant global attention to the plight of Sudan.
