Armenian Activist: Washington, Tel Aviv Plot Against Iran Foiled

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Professor Petrosian, representing the People’s Movement of Armenia, has declared that the adversaries’ attempts to sow division within Iran have been thwarted. He emphasized that the presence and solidarity of Iranians have rendered the agenda of the United States and the Israeli regime against the country ineffective.
Petrosian urged the public to resist efforts aimed at fracturing Iran, highlighting the importance of maintaining national unity in the face of external pressures. Analyzing recent regional developments, the Armenian movement representative assessed the plans by the U.S. and Israel to undermine Iran as having failed.
He elaborated that both the Israeli regime and the United States sought to portray Iran as a weak nation, lacking scientific standing and susceptible to collapse from minimal pressure. According to Petrosian, their strategy heavily relied on mobilizing individuals under the guise of democracy and freedom to instigate internal discord within Iran.
The military aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime against Iran commenced on February 28, 2026. The attacks resulted in the martyrdom of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei, along with a number of military commanders and Iranian citizens. In retaliation for the actions of the United States and the Zionist regime, Iran’s armed forces targeted U.S. bases in the region and occupied territories.
