Pakistan Condemns Yemen’s Retaliatory Strike on Saudi Arabia

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned Yemen’s retaliatory attack on Saudi Arabia, emphasizing Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Kingdom’s security and territorial integrity.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday reacted to the retaliatory attack by Yemen on Saudi Arabia.

The Pakistani Prime Minister wrote on his social media account on X: “Pakistan strongly condemns the blatant attacks carried out against Saudi Arabia last night. Such actions are considered a violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

Shehbaz Sharif added: “Pakistan reiterates its firm support for Riyadh’s security and declares its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in this sensitive situation. Pakistan, for its part, will continue to support all sincere efforts aimed at promoting peace, stability, security, and mutual understanding throughout the region.”

It is worth noting that Riyadh, in violation of Yemen’s sovereignty and in continuation of the siege of the oppressed Yemeni nation, carried out several attacks on Sanaa Airport. In retaliation for this aggression, the Yemeni army announced a strong response, and minutes later, Abha Airport in Saudi Arabia was targeted.

Brigadier General Yahya Saree had stated in this regard: “This aggression will not go unanswered and unpunished, and Saudi Arabia must bear full responsibility for the consequences of this action.”
