Ansarullah Yemen: Saudi Stubbornness to Face Harsher Repercussions

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Ali Al-Emad, a member of Ansarullah’s political bureau, stated that the battle to break the blockade on Yemen is a national responsibility and an irreversible duty, going beyond mere political maneuvering or military pressure.
Al-Emad asserted that Yemen’s leaders are acting upon their commitment to the Yemeni people and their eleven years of suffering, and that the lifting of the siege will continue regardless of Saudi efforts to obstruct it.
Speaking to Al-Masirah channel, Al-Emad highlighted that the Saudi aggression against Sana’a Airport once again exposed the true nature of Saudi Arabia’s role. He accused Riyadh of choosing to continue the blockade and serve the American-Israeli agenda at the expense of the Yemeni people’s suffering, despite knowing that this approach carries escalating military and security consequences for them.
The Ansarullah official pointed to the official and popular solidarity within Yemen during the operation to break the siege, describing it as a reflection of readiness and a belief in responsibility. He stated that this demonstrates the Yemeni people’s determination to secure their rights until the complete end of the blockade.
Al-Emad added that the Yemeni government considers the lifting of the blockade a direct responsibility towards millions of Yemenis. He explained that millions of displaced Yemenis yearn for a natural return to their homeland, and many have died due to the inability to travel for medical treatment.
The senior Ansarullah official praised Iran’s initiative to support Yemen by establishing flights, emphasizing that Iran took this step with full awareness of the associated risks. He noted that Iranian pilots acted with a spirit of jihad and martyrdom, understanding they were dealing with an adversary who would not hesitate to target civilian aircraft.
Al-Emad stressed that Iran was the only country that stood with Yemen out of Islamic and human responsibility, and that its actions embodied the unity of the Islamic Ummah and support for the oppressed against the Arab coalition participating in the blockade.
Referring to Riyadh’s actions to prevent a civilian aircraft from landing, Al-Emad pointed out the hypocrisy of Saudi Arabia allowing foreign fighter jets to launch from its territory to bomb Yemen. He deemed these standards illogical and stated they no longer deceive anyone.
He noted that government institutions have played their roles in a coordinated manner, and that efforts are underway to reconstruct Sana’a Airport and continue receiving flights.
Ali Al-Emad concluded by stating that the enemy must understand that the blockade will be broken, flights will continue, and any further stubbornness will be met with a harsher response. He characterized the actions taken thus far as merely a strong warning.
