Russia Faces Unprecedented Sanctions: Medvedev Cites 30,000 Measures

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of Russia‘s Security Council, has stated that an excessive number of sanctions have been imposed on Russia, asserting that no country in history has ever faced such a situation. He noted that enemies have consistently attempted to destabilize Russia, driven by their inability to subjugate the country. Medvedev reported that around 30,000 sanctions have been implemented against Russia, with pressure being exerted from all directions.
Medvedev further commented that the West had anticipated making Russia subservient to its will but ultimately failed. He emphasized that Russia’s resilience and endurance, particularly in economic terms, are currently being tested. According to Medvedev, the West is utilizing Ukraine as a tool to undermine Russia, a fact that they do not conceal. He concluded that the preservation of Russia is achievable solely through victory in the special military operation.
