American Airlines Extends Suspension of Flights to Israel Until March 2027

American Airlines has extended its suspension of all flights to Ben Gurion Airport in occupied Palestine, with services not expected to resume before March 2027, according to Israeli media reports.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli news network N12 reported on Sunday that American Airlines has extended the suspension of all flights to Ben Gurion Airport until at least March 2027.

The American airline has halted its flights on the route from New York’s John F. Kennedy (JFK) Airport to Tel Aviv in occupied Palestine since the “Al-Aqsa Storm” operation on October 7, 2023.

An analysis by the Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post indicates that, as of the time of this report, no one-way flights are available on this route until at least March of the coming year, and it appears that flight bookings may become available again from early April 2027.
