Netanyahu Disagrees with Trump on Hamas, Cites Gaza Reconstruction Stance

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated on Monday that Gaza will not be rebuilt until Hamas is eliminated and extremism ceases, expressing a differing view from former U.S. President Donald Trump on the matter.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asserted on Monday that Gaza will not be rebuilt as long as Hamas and all weapons within it persist, and extremism is not halted. He claimed that while he desires continued alliance with the United States, he also seeks independence in arms procurement.
Netanyahu stated, “I disagree with President Trump on Hamas; I do not believe that if we rebuild Gaza, its nature will change.” This assertion comes amid the ongoing Israeli offensive on Gaza, which has resulted in tens of thousands of casualties, reportedly under direct orders from Netanyahu.
