Multiple Explosions Rock Marib in Yemen Following Houthi Missile and Drone Strikes
Several explosions have been reported in the central Yemeni city of Marib, attributed to missile and drone attacks by the Houthi movement targeting Saudi-backed mercenary positions. Saudi-aligned media claimed to have intercepted and downed Houthi drones over the city.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Yemeni media outlets have reported multiple explosions in the city of Marib, located in the central part of the country. These incidents followed missile and drone attacks launched by the Ansarallah movement (Houthi movement) against positions occupied by Saudi mercenaries.
Media affiliated with the Saudi-led coalition claimed that several Houthi drones were intercepted and shot down over Marib.
Al-Mahwar News, a media outlet, broadcast footage indicating that the Sahin Al-Jinn base, reportedly used by Saudi mercenaries, was the target of an Ansarallah missile attack, with smoke seen rising from the site.
