Trump Aide Claims Progress on Secure Passage Through Strait of Hormuz

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a report from Al Jazeera, citing Mehr News Agency, indicates that JD Vance, the Vice President of the United States under the Trump administration, made a statement today aiming to mitigate public pressure regarding the current economic challenges, particularly food and fuel price increases, which some attribute to costly actions against Iran. Vance claimed, “Tehran informed us that it would allow maximum oil transit through the Strait of Hormuz, but until this is proven, we will not trust it!”

The US Vice President further elaborated on his assertions, stating, “The Iranians are suffering and want to end this situation. Iran has informed us that it will not impose any transit fees for the Strait of Hormuz!
