Lebanese Parliament Speaker Urges US Ambassador to Halt Israeli Aggression

Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri met with U.S. Ambassador to Beirut, Michelle Sison, emphasizing the ongoing Israeli aggressions against Lebanon and stressing that the cessation of these attacks is key to regional stability.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri stated during a meeting with U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon, Michelle Sison, that the Israeli regime continues its aggressions against Lebanon, and these incursions have not ceased. Berri added that the key to stability lies in obligating Israel to halt its aggressions.
This comes amid the observation that the signing of a controversial agreement by the Western-oriented Lebanese government with the Israeli regime, under U.S. patronage, has thus far had no positive impact on stopping attacks against Lebanon. On the contrary, it has solidified the Zionist occupation in the southern part of the country.
