Trump Welcomes Saudi Arabia-Turkey-Pakistan Defense Pact

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Donald Trump, former President of the United States, welcomed the signing of the “Mecca Agreement for Joint Defense” between Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan, viewing it as a sign of increased proximity among Middle Eastern nations and a boost to their self-defense capabilities. Trump described the agreement as a “great, bold, and important step” and congratulated the leaders of the three countries.
“I am very happy to see Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan; they have finally signed the Mecca joint defense agreement,” Trump stated. The signing of this agreement comes amidst doubts raised about Washington’s ability to guarantee the security of its allies in the region following recent U.S. actions concerning Iran.
