Russian Attack on Zelensky’s Hometown Kills 14

At least 14 people were killed in a deadly Russian attack on Kryvyi Rih, the hometown of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This comes amid continued cross-border strikes and drone warfare between Russia and Ukraine.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Ukrainian media reported that at least 14 individuals lost their lives in a Russian assault on the Kryvyi Rih district within the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The reports were published by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera.

Russian officials, in turn, announced that two individuals were killed in Donetsk and one in Luhansk as a result of Ukrainian attacks on Russian-controlled territories.

The Mayor of Moscow also reported the destruction of six Ukrainian drones that were en route to the capital. Meanwhile, media outlets circulated footage alleged to show Ukrainian drone attacks targeting one of Russia’s largest oil refineries in the Perm region.
