Pentagon Reports 60 More US Military Injuries in Iran Offensive

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the U.S. military announced that 60 more of its soldiers were injured during the country’s unlawful incursion into Iran, as reported by Mehr News Agency, citing The Intercept.

The official toll, encompassing both fatalities and injuries, has now reached 776 individuals. Approximately 345 of these casualties occurred after July 7, following the collapse of a second ceasefire initiated by the United States.

Simultaneously with the recent rise in American military casualties, the Pentagon has been discreetly arranging for services related to casualty care and mortuary affairs, according to government contract documents reviewed by The Intercept.

One U.S. government official characterized the increase of 60 injured personnel in the past week as a “statistical maneuver,” accusing the Pentagon of weeks of “delays” in announcing the final figures.
