For this reason, ground operations must be carried out like in other areas of the Gaza Strip.

Ebrahim Al-Amin, the editor of Al-Akhbar newspaper in Lebanon, addressed the new American-Israeli conspiracy against the residents of Rafah and wrote that the main problem of Israel is the camps that house one million four hundred thousand Palestinian refugees, but this regime has long been , had designed for this operation. In fact, operational plans related to refugees have already been designed in full cooperation and coordination with America, Egypt and other parties.

Al-Amin writes in his note: “This is how the enemy advertises.” that the destruction of the remaining military capabilities of Hamas and its tunnels that extend from Rafah to Sinai has caused it to launch this operation. Although the leaders of Hamas are also present there (Rafah), but the fact is that Israel has received the agreement of the US and Egypt conditionally for this operation. It has been stated: Washington wants an operation with a certain time limit and geographical area. America is not against attacking Rafah. Egypt also only wants to receive the guarantee that the refugees will not flow to Sinai. It says:

First; Achieving a political-security agreement between Israel, Egypt, Jordan and the UAE on how to build and finance new camps; Provided that the United States will pay all the expenses that Egypt will pay for these camps. The settlement of displaced persons in the western areas of the Gaza Strip, which includes the coastal strip that extends from the “Al-Mawasi” area (southwest of the Gaza Strip) to the “Al-Sheikh Ajlin” area. The enemy of Israel insists that it will not allow camps to be built in the north of Palestine, but Korea agrees with the establishment of a camp in the northwest of Khan Yunis.

Third; Determination of 12 to 15 points where the camps will be built; The largest camps will be built in al-Mawasi and the center of the Gaza Strip, and one million Palestinians will be settled there.

Fourth; Northern Gaza is completely separated from Al-Sheikh Ajlin region and all the regions located in the north of the “Gaza Valley” to the east. 300 thousand people who live in these areas will be transferred to the camps.

Fifth; in any area 25 camps will be opened. The refugees will also have representatives to coordinate that the elite, whoever has a relationship with Hamas, will not be able to have any political, administrative or civil role.

Sixth; Israel will take control of all border crossings with Egypt. The movement of trucks from Egypt and Jordan will be through the crossings located on the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip.

Seventh; The UAE will also build a floating port. Aid that enters Gaza will be inspected by the Zionists.

Eighth; Egypt will be responsible for setting up the camp, building temporary sanitary facilities and field hospitals. The decision to take wounded people out of the Gaza Strip will be in the hands of Egypt, and Egypt will coordinate with Israel.
