According to the foreign policy group Tasnim news agency, Mohammad Boroujerdi, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Jakarta, met and talked with “Pahala Mansouri”, the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Indonesia.
Boroujerdi in this meeting mentioned the signing of 10 notes. Understanding in various fields of health, treatment, medicine, technology, fight against drugs, cancellation of political visas, etc. and the signing of the preferential tariff agreement (PTA) during the visit of Ayatollah Raisi, the President of Iran in May 2023 to Indonesia, regarding the successful implementation Amez expressed his satisfaction with a large number of the mentioned memorandums and called for strengthening cooperation in order to speed up the implementation of the rest of the memorandums.
In this meeting, the two sides emphasized the need for more negotiations in line with the development of economic relations between the two countries.
