German police clashed with pro-Palestinian protesters at Berlin’s central train station and attacked a Muslim woman at the protest site.
According to West Asia Monitor, during a video that was published on X social network (former Twitter), several German police officers were seen around a woman wearing an Islamic veil, who threw her to the ground and prevented her from moving. An action that was accompanied by a Muslim woman’s protest reaction.
The action of the German police was carried out while the Muslim woman had not committed any threatening actions, however, she was finally arrested by the police.
Protesters chanted slogans in support of Palestine at the train station, and in this way, there was a fierce conflict between the protesters and the police. During this incident, the police arrested some pro-Palestinian protesters using violent methods.
In a statement, the police considered the demonstrations as illegal and claimed that they arrested and detained some of the protesters present in these protests because of the illegal slogans they chanted.
The protests disrupted the movement of trains and the German police arrested nearly 100 people during the pro-Palestinian protests.
