North Korea Declares Nuclear Disarmament Chapter Closed, Warns Against Hostile Actions

North Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has firmly rejected the nuclear confrontation efforts by the United States, Japan, and South Korea, declaring the chapter on nuclear disarmament closed and vowing to take reciprocal military and technical measures against escalating threats.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, North Korea‘s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Monday that it vehemently rejects the collective moves by the United States, Japan, and South Korea towards nuclear confrontation, warning of the repercussions of such provocative actions.

The ministry added that the issue of nuclear disarmament is closed and will not be reopened. It stated that reciprocal military and technical measures will be adopted at all levels to counter the increasing nuclear threats from hostile nations.

The North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that the United States, Japan, and South Korea will never be able to alter the existing realities of North Korea as a nuclear-weapon state.

Just yesterday, the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the United States’ approval of selling air-to-air missiles and other military equipment to South Korea.

The ministry stated that the U.S. approval of this action would escalate tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
