Israel Accused of Using Banned Phosphorous and Cluster Bombs in Southern Lebanon

The Lebanese official news agency reported that the ‘Ali Al-Taher’ forest in the southern Lebanese region of Nabatieh El-Fawqa was subjected to intense artillery shelling by the Israeli army, with accusations of using banned phosphorous and cluster bombs.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the official Lebanese news agency reported that the ‘Ali Al-Taher’ forest, located in the vicinity of the Nabatieh El-Fawqa area in southern Lebanon, was targeted by severe artillery shelling from the Israeli army. The report indicated that phosphorous and cluster bombs, the use of which is prohibited under international law, were employed in these attacks.
