Russia and Turkey Discuss Iran-US Negotiations and Regional Issues

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Wednesday that Georgy Borisenko, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, met with Tanju Bilgiç, the Turkish Ambassador to Moscow. The discussions centered on the agreements, or memorandums of understanding, between Iran and the United States.
A statement released by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs further indicated that both sides stressed the importance of full commitment from all parties involved in these agreements to prevent any resurgence of tensions. This highlights a shared concern for regional stability and the successful implementation of diplomatic understandings.
The two officials also engaged in an exchange of views on the current situation regarding the conflict between Palestine and Israel. Additionally, the discussions encompassed recent developments in Syria, Lebanon, and Libya, underscoring a broad scope of regional security interests shared by Russia and Turkey.
